Clean the roulades and cut into strips.Cut onions into half rings, bacon into strips and cucumber into slices. Chop/press garlic.
Melt the clarified butter in a roasting pan and fry the beef strips in it until crispy, then place in a separate bowl and set aside.Then put the bacon, onions and garlic in the roasting pan and fry until translucent.
